I understand that plans can change, and I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, are considered late cancellations. After 3 no-shows or late cancellations, online booking privileges will be restricted. Future appointments may only be booked with a valid credit/debit card on file. Beginning with the 4th no-show or late cancellation, a fee of 20% of the scheduled service price will be charged to the card on file. This 20% fee will apply to each subsequent no-show or cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of other clients.
